Hair Preparation Requirements

Hair must be shampooed and blow-dried before your appointment.

I require a clean scalp to work on to ensure the best results and maintain hygiene standards. Please arrive with freshly washed and dried hair.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

No refunds on deposits.

Cancellations must be made 3 days in advance.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. To reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 72 hours notice.

Guest Policy

Do not bring extra people to your appointment.

My workspace is small and designed for one-on-one service. For safety and comfort, please come alone to your appointment.

Hair Color Policy

Hair provided for natural colors only: 1, 1B, 2, 4.

For specialty colors or human hair styles (like boho braids), clients must provide their own hair. Please bring loose curly human hair for boho looks.

Appointment Guidelines

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling. I have limited weekly availability with only 10 spots open each week.
